About the role
As a full-time Logistics Programmer, you'll be responsible for processing daily sales and rental orders, refurbishing and quality-checking medical alarm devices, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your work will directly support supply demands and ensure clients receive reliable, ready-to-use equipment. You'll work within structured workflows while adapting to changing daily priorities and urgent orders.
Job hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:36 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Process and program daily sales and rental orders in line with operational schedules
* Select and prepare new or refurbished equipment for dispatch
* Refurbish, clean, calibrate, and quality-check medical alarm devices
* Fault-check and report on returned rental or customer‐owned equipment
* Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock
* Update equipment and inventory information electronically in internal systems
* Prepare orders for courier collection (label printing, packing, dispatch readiness)
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Participate in stocktakes and ongoing inventory control activities
* Complete other reasonable duties as required
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong organisational skills, with:
* Experience in administrative, clerical, or reporting functions
* High accuracy and attention to detail for recording data entry to various platforms
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* General understanding of technology and interest in electronic devices
* Ability to follow structured work instructions and checklists
* Experience handling stock, equipment, or inventory (retail or warehouse experience welcome)
* Logical thinking and strong problem‐solving ability
* Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
* Adaptability to changing priorities
* Ability to work independently and contribute to team outcomes
