We are looking for a driven Group Fleet Manager with previous Fleet Sales experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within an award-winning group.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of fleet vehicle advertising, valuation, purchasing, and sales.
- Collaborate with key departments (Marketing, Finance & Insurance, Aftermarket) to maximise profitability.
- Work with senior leadership to set and achieve sales and gross profit targets.
- Meet and exceed sales goals across multiple vehicle brands.
- Support existing clients while actively prospecting for new small to medium businesses, corporate partners, government, and leasing opportunities.
- Participate in tenders and prepare competitive pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships at all levels.
- Identify and capitalise on new business development opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive fleet sales is highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Experience using Era or similar dealer management systems is advantageous.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong team ethic.
- Solid understanding of current automotive market trends.
