Support Roles
In this critical position, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact by assisting individuals with disabilities through tailored support and community engagement. You will work collaboratively with customers to identify their life goals and develop personalized plans to help them achieve these objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Providing daily living assistance such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration, and accompanying customers to appointments.
* Supporting customers in recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, bingo, horseback riding, going to the gym, bowling, and more.
* Ensuring adherence to positive behavior support plans.
* Administration duties and submission of mandatory daily reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Hold a Cert III in Individual Support (CHC) or Cert IV in Disability (CHC).
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in people's lives.
* Be willing to provide personal care and domestic support to customers of any gender.
* Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to use a comprehensively insured private vehicle to transport customers to activities or appointments.
* Have completed an NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
* Have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
