Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team in Mt Isa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administration, data entry, and office support to the wider team where required.
* Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment.
* Order in office supplies, including stationery, technology, staff uniforms, and other general items.
* Scan and file office work and documentation, handling sensitive information responsibly and compliantly.
* Utilise CRMs and tracking systems to track customer freight and resolve queries.
* Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express.
* Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
* Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
* Liaise frequently with on-site staff and build relationships with key operations staff to resolve any customer queries or requests.
Requirements:
* A high attention to detail.
* Strong Data Entry Skills.
* A sense of empathy and a passion for Customer Service.
* The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* A strong attention to safety.
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
