Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist.

This is the perfect role for someone with a genuine curiosity about technology and a strong interest in building a career in sales.

* Research and qualify potential leads, keeping our customer database up to date.
* Support the sales team with outreach, appointment setting, and client engagement.
* Engage with new and existing clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
* Learn the end-to-end sales process, supported by structured training and mentorship.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives and customer support.
* Assist with reporting and admin to keep sales operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

* 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar (cadetships or internships highly regarded).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
* A genuine interest in IT Services/Technology Solutions and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office is a bonus.
