Responsibilities Lead by example, guiding and supporting branch staff and occasionally stepping in as Officer in Charge.
Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries with confidence and care.
Help run programs like Giggle and Wiggle, Sensory Story Time, and adult learning sessions.
Contribute to continuous improvement and staff training across the network.
Promote Libraries ACT's resources and services to the wider community.
Libraries ACT operates seven days a week, and this role will involve shift work, including weekends, across the public library network.
