Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia's most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in **** as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than **** square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

Currently we are seeking a
Social Worker
to join our team. The successful applicant(s) will be responsible for providing a high quality, social work service to all inpatient and outpatients of the hospital as required, including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning, and managing a designated case load. As part of a multidisciplinary team, they provide Social Work services to patients, facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care, and practice as a Social Worker according to the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards **** and Code of Ethics **** and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics and SMHS Policies and Guidelines.
