About the role
Andatech Pty Ltd, a trusted Australian innovator in technology solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. Based in our Vermont head office, this pivotal role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key part in ensuring seamless sales operations.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your work will contribute directly to sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing
* Qualify incoming leadsand assist in assessing sales opportunities
* Communicate directly with clientsvia phone and email to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsin our CRM system, ensuring customer data integrity
* Prepare and manage sales documentationincluding quotes, proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports
* Support Account Managersby coordinating communication, tracking performance, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios
* Process sales orders and customer inquiriesefficiently and professionally
* Coordinate and support sales-related events, product training, and marketing activities
* Provide generaladministrative supportto the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the department
* Liaise with internal teams(logistics, technical, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services to clients
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in asales coordination, sales admin, or account management supportrole (ideally in a B2B or technology environment)
* Outstandingorganisational skillsand attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency withCRM systems(e.g. Zoho, Salesforce) and virtual video conference tools.
* Tertiary qualifications inbusiness, sales, marketing, or a related discipline(preferred but not essential)
