Are you passionate about travel and love helping people plan their dream holidays? At RAA, we're looking for enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultants to join our team in Mount Gambier and inspire our members with unforgettable travel experiences. You don't need any experience‐just a genuine passion for travel! In this role, it will be your responsibility to:
* Tailor and manage end‐to‐end travel bookings, ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.
* Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
* Engage with our members in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
* Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

About you
You're a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. We are also looking for:
* Well‐travelled - You've explored the world, collecting stories from countless international adventures (please share where you have travelled in your cover letter).
* Ability to share your knowledge, making perfect recommendations to our members.
* A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple complex booking systems.
* You thrive in collaborative environments, always ready to share ideas and help the team succeed.
