As we continue to grow our production here in Adelaide, we are opening the door for passionate individuals to register their interest in joining our Footwear team at our Salisbury workshop.
We are seeking skilled Bootmakers with a relevant qualification and at least 1-2 years' relevant experience, or at least 3 years' experience in lieu of a qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring boots are made to correct specifications
Achieving production KPI's
Operate machinery and hand tools to bring our products to life
Inspect and finish leather goods to the highest standards
Work together to meet production goals
Keep our workshop safe, organised and running smoothly
Who We Are Looking For
* Relevant qualification and at least 1-2 years' relevant experience, alternatively at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
* Experience in machine operations.
* Have the ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
* Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic
* Be physically fit and motivated to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
* Be a dedicated worker, punctual and flexibility to do overtime when required.
Working With R.M.Williams
Our Workshop is a day shift operation, and we work the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Remuneration
$58,500 – $77,000 depending on skill level and overtime worked.
