**Job Description**: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with agricultural resellers, end users (farmers) and manufacturers to build on existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. This includes recording and monitoring sales, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving technical inquiries. You will also manage all aspects of the sales process, including follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meeting with clients to discuss product offerings and negotiate sales agreements
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture these
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and performance
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience in sales, specifically within the agricultural sector in NSW
- Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment and maintain effective working relationships
