* You're a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving
* Prior experience in a payroll or finance support role is highly regarded
* A strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and employment agreements is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients
* You have solid computer skills, particularly with payroll software and Excel, and can quickly learn new systems
