Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for clients and pay companies.

About the Role

* Manage payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and payments
* Interpret awards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Provide expert advice and support to clients on payroll-related matters
* Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
* Support the payroll team with general administration and payroll-related tasks

About You

* You're a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving
* Prior experience in a payroll or finance support role is highly regarded
* A strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and employment agreements is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients
* You have solid computer skills, particularly with payroll software and Excel, and can quickly learn new systems
