THE OPPORTUNITY
PHE is a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure industries with a comprehensive range of skilled personnel, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment.
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team, working 10‐hour days Monday‐Friday and 6‐hour days every second Saturday.
In this role you will provide day‐to‐day support to the leadership team in our Mining Division. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with employee onboarding and off‐boarding
* Roster / accommodation and flights coordination
* Coordinating employee training requirements and maintaining a skills matrix
* Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records
* Creditor/Debtor invoicing
* Daily timesheet management
* Maintaining various reports for Senior Management
* General office and administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
* High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Well‐developed organisational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be favourable but not essential.
* Experience with MYOB.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
