* Develop and manage three annual people cost forecasting cycles.
* Oversee headcount and people cost modelling across Australia and New Zealand.
* Enhance APAC-provided templates to incorporate local AU/NZ cost elements (super, payroll tax, workcover, etc.).
* Support job grading, bonus structures, salary benchmarking (Mercer), and merit cycle preparation.
* Lead and support payroll cost projects, including assessing payroll provider performance.
* Communicate complex insights into simple, accurate messages that leaders can understand and act on.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast and manage people costs across multiple regions.
* Develop and maintain models to predict future people costs.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes in labour laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
* Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
