Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to domestic and international travellers in a fast‐paced environment
* Prepare and serve high‐quality food and beverages following brand standards and safety protocols
* Operate independently during quiet periods or collaborate effectively with your team during peak flight rushes
* Maintain a clean and inviting outlet environment to ensure a premium passenger experience
* Manage point‐of‐sale transactions accurately while multitasking across various kitchen and floor duties
Qualifications
* Must possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle (public transport not available)
* Availability to work across a rotating roster with shifts ranging from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, "can‐do" attitude toward customer problem-solving
* Local resident or long‐term visa holder with at least 12 months of ongoing availability
* Previous experience in food prep or retail hospitality is highly regarded but not essential
