Our client is looking for a Level 1/Level 2 Support Engineer to provide level 1 to level 2 technical support which will require face-to-face and phone-based support.
--5 days a week onsite at Chadstone, Melbourne | No ON Call
Key responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 to Level 2 technical support which will require face-to-face support and some phone-based support.
* This will include tickets escalated from our first level support teams resolve desktop related issues.
* Liaise and work collaboratively to address, troubleshoot and resolve hardware software issues as they arise.
* Liaise with external suppliers / vendors.
Key Skills Required:
* Experienced in hardware refresh and rollout projects, including end-of-life (EOL) asset replacement
* Skills in Windows technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.
* Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune.
* Experience in SCCM, application packaging and deployment good to have.
* Basic level of Linux (good to have)
* Basic understanding of Network troubleshooting
* A 'can do' attitude and demonstrated ability solving complex technical issues.
* Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate clearly with a varied end user base.
