We are currently seeking applications from Loader Operators to operate a WA500 production loader and to work on various projects around WA.

Full Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Loader Operators to join our client's team for civil construction and mining projects. In this role, you will be responsible for operating large loaders safely and efficiently to support various project needs, including earthworks, site preparation, and material handling.
Responsibilities:
* Operate loaders on site to move materials, dig, load, and unload earth and other materials
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery, following all site protocols and safety guidelines
* Conduct routine inspections of the loader to ensure it's in optimal working condition
* Work closely with other site personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion
* Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment to the site supervisor
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on site and within the equipment
To be considered, you will ideally have:
* Loader ticket (essential)
* Proven experience operating large loaders (experience with WA500 production loader, or similar, preferred)
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver's License
* Full Australian Working Rights
* RTIO / BHP induction (preferred, but not essential)
* Current (issued within the last 6 months) or able to obtain a cleared National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass all pre-employment medical requirements, including drug and alcohol screening
* A strong commitment to safety and compliance with site protocols
* Minimum of 2 contactable referees relevant to your experience
