Workforce Planning Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Workforce Planning Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing referral volumes, trends, and Assessor utilization to determine staffing requirements.
You will need to monitor Assessor availability, ensuring internal stakeholders receive timely updates on staffing levels. Collaboration with stakeholders is key for effective leave management, balancing performance and team well-being.
A successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in workforce planning and data analysis. Proficiency in workforce management software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential.
In this role, you will also be responsible for building forecasting models for mid-to-long-term resource planning, utilizing workforce management software and internal data sources to accurately project future volumes.
