Educational Leader to help guide our educators and create a stimulating, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for children and families.
As part of our centre leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring fellow educators, and embedding practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
About the Role
- Support and mentor educators in planning and implementing high-quality programs
- Lead curriculum development in line with EYLF and NQS
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Promote inclusive, child-centred learning environments
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and families to support each child's learning journey
What You'll Need
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader
- In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Training
