About the Role
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial, and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, help problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Customers benefit from the strong relationships and exceptional service they receive.
Duties
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy‐ins
* Process customer credits
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
* Note: this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Qualifications
* Parts interpreting "know how" (technical parts knowledge)
* Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
* Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in an understandable way
* Innovative and collaborative work approach
* Solution‐focused/problem‐solver
* Sound computer skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced and dynamic environment as part of a high‐performing team
* Conscious of workplace safety at all times
