About This Role
* This role involves providing holistic support to young people who are marginalised, excluded, or disconnected from service.
You will build trust with young people through consistent engagement and linking them to housing, health employment, community services. You will report directly to our Program Manager based in Alice Springs NT under the SCHADS Award Level 4 salary structure.
A key focus for this role is establishing effective relationships with clients encouraging self-determination participation through regular case management support activities in line with TSA case management models standards practice ensuring ongoing assessment made of client issues safety needs circumstances initial intake exit reporting Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check;
