About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Services Representative to join our team. As a Membership Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our club.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and farewell all members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Monitor club access and ensure that members and non-members are aware of our policies and procedures.
* Answer questions and handle member complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Explain our Judgement Free Zone philosophy to members and non-members.
* Answer information calls and take messages from members and guests.
* Provide club tours to prospective members.
* Sell memberships and complete membership agreements.
* Operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect any outstanding balances.
* Make appointments for Personal Training sessions.
* Organize and maintain the customer service front desk area.
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
* Certificate 3 in Fitness or equivalent qualification.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Working with Children certificate (NSW & VIC) or Blue Card (QLD).
* National Police Check certificate within the past 12 months.
