Job Overview
The OSHC Educator plays a vital role in creating a nurturing learning environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to our young clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe and engaging play-based environment that promotes learning and development
* Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily diaries and incident reports
* Assist with cleaning and food preparation as required
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual who possesses:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it)
* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and other relevant certifications
* A strong passion for working with children and families
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
