Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate team member to join our kitchen staff. This role involves facilitating meal services for aged care residents, working closely with residents and colleagues to deliver exceptional service aligned with our organisational values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the provision of meal services to residents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Utilise computer-based programs and software effectively
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is highly regarded
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, applicants will need:
* A strong understanding of working with older adults
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Proficiency in using computer-based programs and software
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting
