Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with lead engineers to prepare Recommend to Award documentation.
* Support the Principal's Representative in managing contractor claims and variation processes.
* Assist the Area Manager in the preparation and maintenance of monthly cost forecasts.
* Generate and track change events within Aconex Cost.
* Help compile documentation required for procurement and purchase order generation.
About You:
* Prior experience in contract administration or cost control in an engineering or project setting is desired.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail are essential.
* Confidence in working with technical stakeholders across engineering and project management teams is required.
* Proficiency in systems such as Aconex is beneficial.
* Qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Project/Contract Management are advantageous.
