This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting clients, coordinating documentation and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager and wider national team, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing client enquiries, coordinating documentation and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.
Description
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support across insurance transactions
* Preparing, issuing and managing documentation relating to insurance matters
* Coordinating settlement-related processes and monitoring transaction timeframes
* Managing client, broker, conveyancer and lender enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems
* Supporting the Perth Business Development Manager with diary management, meeting coordination and client follow-up activities
* Assisting with reporting, correspondence and general operational support
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction outcomes
Profile
We're interested in candidates who bring:
* Previous experience in administration, client services, legal support, banking, settlements, property or insurance
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and professional approach to stakeholder management
