Store Managers are responsible for leading their teams to create amazing customer experiences. They must be able to:
* Embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors
* Enable and empower Store Management teams to be customer first, people focused and results driven
* Coach their teams to deliver multiple brand moments and elevate the flagship experience
* Identify development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance
* Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results
* Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets
* Advocate for the Cotton On Foundation and lead their team on how they can make a positive impact
