Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator / scheduler for at least 3 years.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
* Education in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
* Good understanding of COR (Chain of Responsibility).
* Experience within the arboriculture & heavy vehicle industries is highly desirable.
* Experience with job scheduling software (e.g., Simpro) is desirable.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and oversee daily labor requirements.
* Collaborate closely with project and service managers to ensure customer satisfaction through timely execution.
* Ensure all labor, equipment, and hours are allocated correctly in job scheduling software (Simpro).
* Follow up with operators to ensure labor and equipment hours are recorded and reconciled daily in Simpro for invoicing.
* Work with the fleet manager to ensure efficient use of assets and supplies.
* Book accommodation for employees working on regional jobs.
* Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
* Build and maintain relationships with operators and contractors.
