About the role MSS Security is seeking a professional Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact at our Geelong site, delivering high-quality customer service to clients and visitors. This position offers a Level 4 pay rate of $28.86 per hour, plus super and shift penalties where applicable. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, assisting with general inquiries and directions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and visitors feel welcomed and supported. Engage with the public and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises. Ideal candidates will have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately. Confidence to engage with the public and clients. A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service. Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen. Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher) and a valid Victorian Security Licence. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain). Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain). Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
