MSS Security is currently seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer with a current NV1 Security Clearance to join our team at Thales, in Point Wilson (Geelong). This is a gatehouse-based position, responsible for access control, visitor management, and ensuring the security of the facility. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and controlling access of the site Conducting thorough ID checks and verifying clearances Logging all vehicle and personnel movements Conducting regular site patrols to check for security risks, ensure doors and access points are secure & responding to alarms or incidents Monitoring CCTV footage Issuing and collecting visitor passes and access cards Requirements: Australian Citizen with a current NV1 Clearance Certificate II in security operations (or higher) Victorian Security License (Control Room Endorsement is advantageous) First Aid & CPR Driver’s License Availability to work a 24*7 rotational roster How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
