**SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have an **extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding** of the Human Design system as well as the Gene Keys
- Must have at least **3 years experience** working with Kajabi and be able to operate the system at an expert level
- Must have at least **3 years experience** in a similar role with social media and marketing role and be able to demonstrate the knowledge and capability to run the entire marketing strategy without much guidance
- Must have at least **3 years experience** in a content creation/social media manager role and be able to demonstrate the knowledge and capability to run the entire marketing strategy without much guidance
- Must have experience working with Canva and the ability to create branded graphics and advertisements, as well as social media content
- Must have experience creating and publishing effective advertisements using Facebook/Meta
- Must be able to travel anywhere in the world multiple times per year, for extended periods, for job-related events
- Must be able to be in Byron Bay at any given time to do video shoots for content creation and for other job-related tasks and events
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Proficiency in technology and all "back-end" systems to operate the business
- Knowledge and experience with strategies for podcast growth and monetization
- **Bonus**: experience with Buzzsprout Podcast platform, ManyChat for Instagram, Zapier, Circle, and the BodyGraphChart software
**The Social Media & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for (and not limited to)**:
- Lead Generation
- Content Creation
- Social Media (all posts including reels and stories, ads, campaigns and promotions)
- Creating Brand Awareness
- Evergreen Marketing Strategies
- Marketing Strategies that effectively and ethically scale the business
- Organizing and promoting online workshops, programs and courses
- Organizing and promoting in-person events and retreats
- Tracking metrics and providing regular updates and reports on business growth and revenue
- Maintaining the website
- Ensuring the health and flow of all business "back end" systems
- Customer support where relevant
**Other Details**:
Full time position
Able to work remotely with some in-person and travel required
Salary range 75,000 - 100,000 AUD/year with opportunity for commission based on performance
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
