The Role
As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate sustainable design principles into building, precinct and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise and contribute to industry-leading work.
Your Responsibilities
* Support sustainability assessments and green building certification processes (e.g., Green Star, NABERS, WELL and Living Building Challenge).
* Contribute, develop, and integrate sustainable design measures within buildings, landscape, and place projects in Australia and overseas.
* Conduct technical environmental studies including daylight, energy, and thermal comfort analysis
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
* Prepare high quality sustainability reports and project documentation
* Create visually compelling graphics to communicate complex concepts
* Craft documents which simply and skilfully communicate sustainable design integration and compliance for planning submissions to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverables
About You
* Graduated within the last 2 years (or graduating soon) with a degree in Sustainable Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
* A passion and aptitude for sustainable and regenerative design
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with sustainability rating tools and energy modelling software (IES, Grasshopper, HERO) is an advantage.
* A problem solver, with the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
