Quality Officer

About this Role
As a Quality Officer, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing quality assurance processes across Infrastructure and Facilities Services (IFS). Focused on standardisation and compliance, your support will drive improved operational efficiency and alignment with our strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and governance of quality assurance processes across IFS.
* Analyse, audit, and review existing procedures and documentation, identifying gaps and refining processes to meet compliance and university standards.
* Monitor and evaluate quality performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Requirements
* A degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Relevant experience in Quality Auditing, Business Management or previous experience in Quality coordination within large and complex organisations.
* Experience with developing and managing projects related to quality improvement, audits and process optimization.
* Strong analytical abilities, and proven ability to analyse data, evaluate information and identify efficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to train employees in quality standards, quality management processes and best practice. Able to develop and maintain training materials.
