Your role as Branch Manager willbe responsible forbuilding the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area.
It is an all-rounder role, with a broad range of leadership, commercial, and operational responsibilities and accountabilities.

Whatyou'llbring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'lldrive the branch's growth through leadership, teamcoachingand business development.We'dlove you to have:
People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance
Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
Strong communicationskills to deliver clear branch expectations
Understanding offinancial management, businessacumenand risk framework
The ability to drive operational efficiencies andmaintainhigh standardsof compliance
High levelof understanding of lending products,policiesand regulations
Knowledge of retail branch operations
