Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Support Centre, Milton

Remuneration: $92k - $102k + Super + Salary Packaging (enjoy up to $15,990 of your salary tax-free)
Lutheran Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at Support Centre. This is a growing space, where you will be at the centre of our ambitious growth strategy to double the number of people we serve by 2030. In this leadership role, you will support the Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO). As a Program Coordinator within our Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO), you’ll play a key role in strengthening project delivery across Lutheran Services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and enabling others to succeed.
About the Role:
This role strengthens program governance, supports project teams, and ensures consistent, high‑quality delivery across the organisation. You’ll work closely with program managers, executives, and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly, accurately, and transparently. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating program activities, meetings, workshops, and governance forums
* Supporting project managers with scheduling, documentation, risk/issue management, and administration
* Managing program inboxes, information flow, and stakeholder enquiries
* Maintaining templates, registers, and shared workspaces
* Conducting quality checks to ensure alignment with SPMO frameworks
* Preparing consolidated reports, dashboards, and governance updates
* Maintaining accurate data across systems, registers, and schedules
* Supporting budget tracking, schedule maintenance, and milestone monitoring
* Assisting with communication materials, presentations, and workshop coordination
* Contributing to enterprise-level reporting, dependency tracking, and visibility of delivery risks
* Identifying emerging risks and supporting continuous improvement

* Demonstrated experience as a Program or Project Coordinator
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices
* High proficiency with project management tools, schedules, and budgets
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
* A self-starter mindset, strong teamwork, and excellent interpersonal communication
* (Desirable) Project management certification or willingness to work toward it
