About the Role
This exciting opportunity is to lead a key change initiative, driving adoption and minimising resistance across all levels of the organisation for application systems change during a transition to a new region.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Change Management Strategy: Create and execute a tailored strategy to support the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
2. Lead Change Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of work packages, aligning them with project timelines and objectives.
3. Conduct Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis: Identify potential impacts on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate any negative effects.
4. Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to understand solution impacts and translate them into effective change interventions.
5. Design and Deliver Communication and Engagement Plans: Develop and implement plans that build awareness and support for the transformation.
6. Partner with Training Teams and Vendors: Collaborate to develop and deliver capability uplift programs.
7. Develop and Execute a Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and learning requirements across impacted teams.
8. Design and Implement a Train-the-Trainer Program: Empower digital change champions to support local adoption and peer learning.
9. Coach and Support Senior Leaders: Provide guidance to senior leaders and sponsors in fulfilling their change leadership roles.
10. Monitor and Report on Change Effectiveness: Track and report on change effectiveness, adoption metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
