Job Description
As a Product Delivery Lead you will be responsible for:
Oversee execution of product development across software, hardware, and research teams
Coordinate timelines, priorities, and delivery plans between product teams to avoid silos or conflicting outcomes
Ensure product-level decisions align with broader operational standards
Drive collaboration between engineering, design, R&D, and commercial functions
Ensure alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and operational readiness
Lead product execution reviews and participate in delivery governance forums
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Delivery Lead should have:
Proven experience coordinating product execution across multiple domains
Strong background in hardware-software integration and managing cross functional teams
Experience leading delivery teams in IoT, digital product, or software engineering contexts
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and program delivery
Strong stakeholder management experience
