About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Casual Bistro Server to join our friendly team at Wests Cardiff.
In this role, you'll be part of the action across our bistro and café outlets - greeting guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, and keeping our spaces clean and inviting.
Whether it's making a great coffee, helping a family enjoy their meal, or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play a key part in delivering the experience Wests is known for.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Providing warm, attentive service to our members and guests.
* Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including barista coffee.
* Assisting with food service and presentation.
* Operating and balancing tills with accuracy.
* Maintaining clean, well‐presented service areas.
* Following hygiene and safe food handling standards.
* Supporting the team with cleaning, scullery, and general catering tasks.
This role requires availability for split shifts across lunch and dinner services, including Friday nights, weekends, and key trading periods.

You're someone who thrives in a busy, team‐focused environment and takes pride in offering genuine, friendly service. You bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything you do and you know how to keep your cool when things get busy.
You'll Bring
* A friendly, customer‐focused approach and love for hospitality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
* A focus on maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
* Previous experience in hospitality or catering (fast‐paced or quick‐service experience will be highly regarded).
