Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
About the Role:
The Chief Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role in driving business success by spearheading human resources initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, improve HR processes, and support business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of a team of HR Business Partners to provide expert guidance and support to line managers, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elevate business partnering services, understand key requirements, and contribute to business strategy.
* Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies, including manpower planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline forecasting.
* Design and implement creative methods to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal talents through various platforms.
* Advise business leaders on requisitioning and support candidate interview processes, ensuring manager-interviewer is equipped to assess culture fit and behavioral/leadership competencies.
* Partner with the Head of Talent Management to drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, with exposure to Workday being an advantage.
