We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Leader in the Emergency Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to take on a key role in shaping the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide strategic clinical leadership and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of best-practice care.
 * Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and supportive work environment.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and achieve quality goals.
 * Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
 * Support and mentor junior staff members to develop their leadership and clinical skills.
Requirements:
 * Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
 * Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an emergency department setting.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 * Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
 * Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines, including those related to workplace health and safety and patient rights.
