About the Role
JSW Powersports, the number one SEA‑DOO dealership, is seeking a Shipwright/Fibreglass Technician to join the Paint and Panel operation at the mothership. The role reports to the Paint Shop Manager who will provide training and onboarding.
Responsibilities
* Structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs
* Assist the Paint Shop Manager with repairs
* Grinding fibreglass and applying filler for high‑standard finishes
* Install or replace hull fittings and components
* Keep the paint shop clean and organized
* Use paint stripper materials while maintaining a tidy workplace
* Understand timeframes and meet production deadlines
* Apply strong attention to detail and demonstrate motivation
Qualifications
* Experience as a Shipwright or in fibreglass repair
* Proficiency in grinding and finishing fiberglass
* Ability to install and replace hull fittings
* Knowledge of paint stripper use and safety procedures
* Strong time‑management and deadline‑orientation
* Detail‑oriented with a high standard of workmanship
