As a key player in our festive season, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop engaging interactions with customers to make their shopping experience memorable
* Contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets by supporting your team members
* Maintain stock levels by receiving, restocking, and ensuring shelves are adequately supplied
* Pick and dispatch orders promptly to meet customer expectations
* Keep store areas tidy and well-presented at all times
* Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive team environment
Requirements:
* Availability throughout October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
* Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential
* Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and providing top-notch customer service
* Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
* Motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
