About the Role:
We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our Internal IT Team based in Ormeau / Gold Coast.
This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys solving problems properly, supporting users, and taking ownership of work through to completion. While the role is grounded in Level 2 support, it also includes systems administration, endpoint management, security uplift, automation, documentation, and project work.
You will be reporting and working closely with the IT Manager to support day-to-day operations while helping improve the way IT is delivered across the business. Travel to other PTG sites may be required from time to time, including paid travel where applicable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing Level 2 support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, devices, and end-user issues
* Taking ownership and driving workload forward with clear, consistent communication
* Troubleshooting thoroughly to reduce repeat issues and improve long-term outcomes
* Supporting device deployments, endpoint management, repairs, user onboarding, and general IT administration
* Contributing to documentation, automation, security improvements, and internal IT projects
About You:
* 2–3+ years of experience in an IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, and user support
* Confidence working independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, people skills and a professional, approachable manner
* Exceptional organisation and delivery skills
* Current driver’s licence
