Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Darwin, NT. The Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, manage work schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor project progress, and coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients. Additional responsibilities include quality control, resolving any issues that arise, and reporting on project status to management. The Supervisor will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of workmanship.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or similar fields are advantageous.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is highly preferred.
