They will have a deep understanding of the pumps industry and be able to develop and execute strategies to drive growth across multiple states.
* Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve national sales targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and service departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
* Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to measure progress and drive accountability
