This multi faceted role will see you;
* meeting and greeting our discerning guests
* processing arrivals and departures
* maintaining room accounts
* assisting with guest enquiries
* working on various administration tasks
Skills and Experience
* Proven 5 star experience in a similar role
* Impeccable presentation and phone manner
* Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
* Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
* Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills
* Full current Australian Drivers License
This is a full time role with furnished rental accommodation provided at the nearby Ayers Rock Resort township of Yulara.
