Responsibilities People Help drive the brand's cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Represent the brand professionally and with integrity. Performance Implement our CLASS selling steps to create memorable customer interactions. Support achieving sales targets aligned with store goals. Assist in product placement to support sales efforts. Maintain store standards in line with VM guidelines.
