What the role entails:Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to faceBuilding and maintaining positive customer and employee relationshipsMaintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updatesCommunicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promisedHandling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomesOffering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairsBeing a champion of objections; there is always a positive outcome

As a key face of our dealership, you'll be the bridge between our service department and our valued customer, making sure their experience is smooth, positive, and genuinely enjoyable.
You'll thrive in this role if you:Have proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly regarded), or have worked in Banking, Real Estate, or another customer-focused roleAre passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, both face-to-face, over the phone, messaging and email enquiresCommunicate clearly and confidently, with excellent verbal and written skillsPresent professionally and bring a positive, approachable energy to your dayAre proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being a supportive and reliable team memberHave experience working with KPIs and are motivated by achieving targets including customer feedback surveys scored on the service you deliverAre confident identifying and selling additional work when it's in the best interest of the customerHave experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) – highly desirable, but not essentialEnjoy a busy, dynamic workplace where no two days are the same, and where fun and professionalism go hand in handBenefits of joining us:Monthly bonuses paid on department performanceOptional brand new company car (weekly FBT payable) Work hours 7.30am till 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
