Role Description
This is a full-time, Melbourne-based on-site role for a Senior Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management activities, including liaising with property owners and tenants, managing lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations. The role also involves conducting routine property inspections, preparing condition reports, and managing budgets for property expenses.
2 days WFH is also provided.
Qualifications
* Property Management and Real Estate expertise, with a thorough understanding of property-related laws and regulations
* Proficiency in Administrative Tasks, including record-keeping, handling lease agreements, and budget management
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with property owners, tenants, and service providers
* Organizational and Time-Management Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
* Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills to address maintenance issues and ensure compliance with property standards
* Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with Microsoft
* A reliable car and a Victorian drivers license
