About the role
We have a great opportunity for a full time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
What you'll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
* Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Qualifications
About you
You're hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you're ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.
You'll also bring:
* Strong work ethic and organisational skills
* Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
* A genuine passion for helping customers.
* Basic computer literacy
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
