We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional support and guidance to our students, helping them navigate university systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely advice to students on various matters including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.
* Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries in our call centre and on campus.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Call Centre techniques and best practices.
* Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning.
